Gaza hospitals struggle with casualties

Hospitals in Khan Younis overwhelmed as number of people injured by Israeli air strikes continues to rise.

The Khan Younis district in the south appears to be the latest focal point, targeted by heavy bombardment in the past 24 hours.

Hospitals there are struggling to find beds for the influx of patients, many in critical condition.

Al Jazeera's Charles Stratford reports from the Nasser Hospital.
