Residents endure devastation in Syria's Homs

Al Jazeera team gained exclusive access to Syria's city of Homs, devastated by relentless fighting and bombardment.

    A UN Security Council resolution is being drafted to allow the delivery of international aid to Syria without the approval of the government.
     
    The UN says 9.3 million Syrians need assistance. 

    Among them are people in the village of Addar Al-Kabeera, north of Homs.
