Obama to meet Abbas in Middle East peace push

US leader and Palestinian president to discuss framework for continued dialogue with Israel.

    Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas is due to meet President Barack Obama in Washington on Monday.

    They will discuss a draft peace deal between Israelis and the Palestinians, that has been in the works since July 2013.

    But there are still deep disagreement between the two sides on many issues.
