Report accuses Syrian forces of mass killings

Human Rights Watch says government forces carried out mass summary executions in Bayda and Baniyas last May.

    The US-based right group's report says government forces killed at least 248 people in Bayda and Baniyas in May.

    Rebels say the number is even higher.
