Doping scandal hits athletics field

The world of athletics is braced for the impact of failed dope tests by two of the sport’s biggest stars.

Jamaica’s Asafa Powell and Tyson Gay from the US confirmed on Sunday they had tested positive for banned substances.

The sprinters have both pulled out of world championships next month in Moscow.
