Hardships exposed at Jordan refugee centre

Palestinians escape Syria only to face pitiable conditions at refugee facility inside Jordan.

Violence in Syria has been driving an increasing number of Palestinians into neighbouring Jordan.

When they arrive, many refugees are forces to live in pitiable conditions. Jordan, which already hosts about two million Palestinians, has failed to improve facilities for the newcomers.

Exclusive video content submitted to Al Jazeera shows the deplorable conditions at a former industrial complex in Ramtha, where many of Palestinian refugees are housed.

    Al Jazeera's Nisreen El-Shamayleh reports.
