Saudi Arabia donates $1bn to boost Jordan economy

Donation will include oil grants to the resource-poor nation.

    Saudi Arabia has given Jordan $1bn to help support its economy. The resource-poor nation is expected to receive a series of leg-ups from its regional partner in the coming months - including oil grants.
