Palestinian recounts Intifada

Ex-presidential guard recalls second uprising in occupied territories 10 years after it started.

    It is 10 years since the start of the second Intifada (uprising) in the occupied Palestinian territories.

    The uprising claimed 5,500 Palestinian lives as well as more than 1,000 Israelis.

    Al Jazeera talks to Ahmad Abed Rabbo, who was a soldier in the presidential guard at the time of the fighting.
