Vinyl records making a comeback in the UK

Sales of vinyl records reach 1 million in the UK as the retro records continue to develop a strong following.

Sales of vinyl records have reached one million in the UK, the highest figure since 1996, as the retro records make a long awaited comeback against downloads.

Despite online streaming becoming the norm, vinyl has developed a strong following among a growing number of young music fans as well as committed enthusiasts.
