Civilians trapped in flashpoint city of Donetsk as battles rage between army and pro-Russian separatists.

    Residents of the eastern Ukrainian city of Donetsk are living in fear as fighting between the army and pro-Russian rebels intensifies.

    Clashes have reached the edge of the city and surrounding villages, making it difficult to flee.
