Scottish battle for independence marked

Ahead of September's referendum, nationalists celebrate the battle of Bannockburn, which gave Scots independence.

Scottish nationalism has been on full show, during a re-enactment of a battle that happened there 700 years ago.

Then, Scottish forces defeated the English, and gained independence.

And now the country has a chance to be independent again - as Scots prepare to vote in a referendum.

Al Jazeera's Laurence Lee reports from Bannockburn.
