German Chancellor Angela Merkel says Russia will face devastating measures if it continues its course on Ukraine.

    German Chancellor Angela Merkel says Russia will face devastating political and economic consequences if it continues its course on Ukraine. So far Germany had insisted dialogue with Moscow was the only way forward.

    But now Merkel is considering sanctions.
