Ukraine government to talk to opposition

President Viktor Yanukovich has returned to work from sick leave as the opposition proposes constitutional changes.

    Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovich is back at work, having been on sick leave for four days. He had been out of action at a critical time, when the US and EU have backed opposition demands for change.
