Serbia begins talks on joining EU

According to opinion polls, less than half of Serbia's population supports joining the union membership.

    Official talks are due to start on whether Serbia will be allowed into the European Union On Tuesday. It could happen as soon as 2020.

    But not everyone is sold on the idea.
