Spain approves tax on solar panels

Move angers environmentalists and raises concerns about how Spain will meet its 2020 renewable energy targets.

    Spain's government has angered environmentalists by introducing a new tax on solar power.

    People with solar panels at home will also be stopped from selling excess power back to the grid.
