French minister calls for Roma expulsions

Interior minister gets flak from European Commission after criticising the presence of ethnic Roma people.

    The interior minister of France has called for tens of thousands of ethnic Roma people to be expelled. His comments have been criticised by human-rights groups and even members of the European Commission.
