EU clashes with China in fresh trade dispute
Steel tube tariff sparks latest row between trading giants.

Another trade dispute has broken out between the European Union and China.
The European Commission has filed a complaint with the World Trade Organisation over a tariff being placed by the Chinese on high-grade steel.
Beijing has been accused of ordering tax to be paid on the imported steel because its own foundries cannot compete on price.
