France seeks intervention in West Africa

    The French foreign minister has been speaking about France's foreign policy priorities, following reports the country is sending drones to Mali.

    Laurent Fabius has not confirmed the reports, but he has said al-Qaeda-linked groups are posing a threat to West Africa.
