UK report dials down mobile phone health risk

Extensive report into health impacts of mobile phone use finds no evidence linking them to cancer.

    The United Kingdom's most extensive study into the potential health impacts of mobile phones has found there is no convincing evidence linking their use to cancer.

    Even so, it is still not known what the long-term effects of mobile phone use could be.
