Icelandic voters reject debt repayment plan

Netherlands and UK set to sue Reykjavik after voters reject deal over collapsed Icesave bank.

    The UK and the Netherlands are set to sue Iceland after voters there rejected a debt repayment plan over collapsed bank Icesave.

    British and Dutch depositors were bailed out by their governments, who are now demanding the $3.5bn back.
