Pre-nups given boost by UK court

Britain's latest supreme court ruling sets precedent for greater legal recognition of pre-nuptial agreements.

    Pre-nuptial agreements are a decidedly un-romantic element of many modern marriages, but they're increasingly common.

    Now, the UK's Supreme Court has given pre-nups more weight in British law.
