Bristol, in South West England, is traditionally a wealthy city. Yet in places in the city more than 50 percent of children live in poverty.
Jobs with no guarantee of work, and public sector cuts, have helped feed corporate shareholders and the financial markets, but there is less and less wealth trickling down.
