India honours creator of concrete wonderland

On his 90th birthday, Chandigarh pays tribute to Nek Chand, who secretly built over 18 years the famous Rock Garden.

    The northern Indian city of Chandigarh is paying tribute to one of its well-known artists. Nek Chand created the famous Rock Garden, an outdoor collection of thousands of sculptures that he secretly built over 18 years.
