Afghan politicians defy threats

Candidates hit the campaign trail for September's election despite Taliban warnings.

    The US is expecting an increase in Taliban attacks in Afghanistan in the run-up to next month's parliamentary elections.

    At least three candidates have already been killed in the lead-up to the September 18 poll.

    But that has not stopped candidates from getting out and campaigning.

    Al Jazeera's Hoda Abdel Hamid reports from Afghanistan.
