Signs of Kyrgyz ethnic cleansing

European organisation's regional head speaks to Al Jazeera on the outbreak of violence.

    There have been claims that the clashes in Kyrgyzstan show signs of ethnic cleansing.

    They are being made by the Organisation for Security and Co-Operation in Europe.

    Al Jazeera's Clayton Swisher spoke to Andrew Tesoriere, the OSCE's regional head who is also responsible for co-ordinating the international aid and relief efforts in Kyrgyzstan.
