Despite several sanctions targeting banking, travel and trade, Pyongyang has found ways to evade them.

    Last year the United Nations passed a new set of sanctions against North Korea after another underground nuclear test.

    The measures targeted North Korean banking, travel and trade, but the regime in Pyongyang has found ways to evade them.
