Hong Kong art festival spurs creativity

Art Basel draws artists and collectors from around the world to city usually more associated with business.

    Art Basel, an international contemporary art showcase in Hong Kong, is pulling in artists and collectors from around the world. And it is spawning hundreds of other creative events in a city more usually associated with business than art.
