Philippines typhoon survivors beg for food

In Northern Cebu where the scale of devastation is overwhelming, residents are still waiting for aid.

    While relief efforts are well under way in the Philippine after Typhoon Haiyan, one area has been largely overlooked.

    Hundreds of children have been begging for food in front of their damaged houses in Northern Cebu.

    Al Jazeera's Step Vaessen reports from the island.
