Nobel no-show for Chinese laureate

Award may not be presented as representatives of detained dissident barred from travelling.

China's efforts to prevent the Nobel peace prize from being presented to dissident, Liu Xioabo, seem to be making an impact.

The Nobel Peace Prize may not be handed out this year - the first time in 74 years - because neither Liu Xioabo nor his representatives are able to travel to Norway to accept it.

    Al Jazeera's Gerald Tan reports.
