Colombia cyclists return to world stage

Coaches credit rigid training regime based on scientific data and mental training for recent success.

    Cycling coaches in Colombia are crediting the country's recent successes on the international stage to a rigid training regimen and stricter doping tests in Europe.

    Training includes developing a cyclist physically and mentally, right down to how they make decision on the road.
