Fire rips through Chilean city

Cause of a fire that killed at least 13 people and forced thousands from their homes is under investigation.

A huge fire has swept through parts of the Chilean port city of Valparaiso.

At least 13 people have died and thousands more have been forced from their homes.

The cause of Sunday's blaze is being investigated while an operation to feed and clothe evacuees is under way.

This is the second major disaster that the president, Michelle Bachelet, has had to deal with in her first month in office.
