Uruguay preparing for legalised cannabis

Production and sale expected to be legalised soon, in an attempt to eliminate the illegal drug market.

    Cannabis users in Uruguay are happy, with the drug being made legal in the next few days.

    And so is the production and distribution of cannabis, as the government tries to undermine the drug cartels.
