Millions of Americans subscribe to President Obama's health care reform amid government shutdown.

    The deadlock in Washington centres on President Obama's health reforms.

    Republicans want changes to the measures that allow millions of uninsured Americans to qualify for health care.

    They were able to sign up for the coverage on the same day the shutdown began.
