'No Cold War' between Russia and US

Diplomats downplay tensions over Russia's decision to give asylum to US whistleblower, a move criticised by Washington.

    Russia's decision to give asylum to Edward Snowden has put a strain on relations with the US.

    But their top diplomats tried to play down those tensions when they met in Washington. There is no new cold war, they said.
