Canadians protest fatal shooting of teen

Protesters have taken to the streets demanding justice for the victim following a police officer's suspension.

    A police officer in Toronto has been suspended while investigators look into a the fatal shooting of an armed teenager on one of the city’s streetcars.

    Protesters have taken to the streets demanding justice for the victim, 18-year-old Sammy Yatim who was born in Syria but moved to Canada five years ago. 

    Al Jazeera’s Daniel Lak reports from Toronto.
