Thousands march for gun control in US capital

Obama pushing for tougher gun control laws, as more Americans take up the cause on the streets.

    While US President Barack Obama pushes Congress to approve tougher gun control laws, more people in the United States are taking up the cause on the streets.

    Citizens' groups are staging rallies right across the country, including a march on Saturday in Washington DC.
