Staten Island grieving after Sandy

Many residents in New York City's "forgotten borough" lack power, hot water and mobile phone reception.

More than 90 people are now believed to have been killed by storm Sandy on the US East Coast.

At least 4.5 million remain without power across the affected areas.

People living on Staten Island - one of New York City's five boroughs - are crying out for help, as Al Jazeera's Cath Turner reports.
