Tampa areas reeling from poverty

Jobs hard to come by in Florida city, as poverty level stands at twice the national average.

    The Republican party is likely to pick Mitt Romney to run against President Barack Obama in November.

    There is sure to be plenty of talk about cutting taxes and reforming social programmes - policies the convention's host city will be interested in. Tampa suffers from one of the highest poverty rates in the country.
