Olympic spotlight shifts to Rio for 2016

Billions of dollars pumped into Brazilian city with officials promising the best Summer Olympics ever.

    Brazil is spending billions of dollars on the Olympics as officials pledged to deliver the best ever Summer Games in 2016.

    Construction includes a new port, metro lines,and several highways that will interconnect Olympic venues with various parts of the city.
