Colombia mulls legalising cocaine

President calls for new approach to war on drugs in view of devastation caused by cocaine to Latin American country.

Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos is among several world leaders calling for a new approach to the war on drugs. He says he might even consider legalising cocaine to stop the devastation it has caused to his country.
