Ecuador police denounced for arresting video

Rights groups angered by training process that involves partial nudity and tear gas exposure.

    Several police trainers in Ecuador have been disciplined for using hazing rituals on cadets that included spraying them with tear gas.

    Human rights groups condemned the practice after a video was leaked to the media showing the near-naked recruits during the training exercise.
