New US speaker takes charge

Tough-talking Republican has pledged to make it tough for Obama to pass legislation.

    Republicans now control the US House of Representatives, and are promising to roll back some of the legislative priorities of President Barack Obama.

    John Boehner, the new Republican speaker of the chamber, is leading that charge.
