US inquiry set to release findings on causes behind America's 2008 financial crisis.

    A US federal inquiry investigating the causes of America's 2008 financial crisis is due to release a report on Thursday.

    The 576-page book is based on 19 days of hearings and interviews with more than 700 witnesses.
