Euphoria over Chile mine rescue

Scenes of jubilation break out as miners trapped underground are brought to surface one by one.


    There have been euphoric scenes at the San Jose mine in Copiapo in Chile.

    One by one, the 33 trapped miners are being pulled to freedom after being trapped underground for 69 days.

    Al Jazeera's Lucia Newman reports from the mine.
