    New York Mayor Bill de Blasio has introduced "Vision Zero," a Swedish safety initiative which aims to reduce traffic speeds and fine reckless drivers.

    Soon drivers and motorcycle riders will be seeing more police officers enforcing the new law aimed at cutting traffic fatalities in the US city.
