Huge demand for extensions, weaves and wigs is making the hair industry one of the fastest growing ones in Africa.

    Some Nigerian women are helping turn their country's beauty business into one of the fastest growing industries in Africa.

    There is a booming demand for their product - hair pieces - whether its braids, weave-ons, and wigs.
