Nigeria fights trade of fake drugs

Country steps up fight against the illegal trade of fake medicine, which claims many lives.

    Nigeria is stepping up its fight against the illegal trade of counterfeit drugs.

    According to the World Health Organisation, the country is one of many in Africa where people die every year from taking fake medicine.
