Police arrest dozens in Cairo rally

Police use tear gas to disperse first rally held in Cairo after controversial law banning protests goes into effect.

    Police have made dozens after arrests after protesters rallied ouside the Shura Council building in Cairo. 

    The demonstration was the first to be held after a new law banned protests in Egypt. 

    Al Jazeera's Dominic Kane reports from Cairo.
