Mombasa port improved in $66m makeover

The presidents of Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda have officially opened a new dock at Kenya’s Mombasa port.

    The presidents of Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda have officially opened a new dock at Kenya’s Mombasa port after a $66m makeover.

    A significant portion of East African trade flows through this shipping hub, but it has been hit in recent years by congestion, delays and corruption.
