Art exhibition documenting the impact of war on cultural heritage has opened in Somalia.

    An art exhibition documenting the impact of war on cultural heritage has opened in Somalia.

    The event is allowing Somali artists to put their stories on canvas.

    They hope to encourage young artists to express their real lives on canvas and thereby reject the ways of violence.
